Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Valid California driver's license (if operating vehicles)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
