Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package products according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety protocols
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and optimizing storage layouts
- Participate in weekly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
