As a key member of our supply chain team, you will ensure our inventory is managed efficiently and our clients receive their orders accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high attention to detail.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers as required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record (if delivery duties are assigned).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
