Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and verify orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in our WMS system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Operate RF scanners and other handheld devices to process shipments and track inventory levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
