Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanners.
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we train).
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not required for all roles but a plus).
