Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory with precision and speed using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Execute picking and packing orders to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse floor in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track shipments and update inventory levels accurately.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist in year-end inventory audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and experience using handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical labor.
