Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and stage orders for daily shipment schedules
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean work areas
- Support inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for shift work
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (cold/hot zones)
