Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Sort, organize, and scan inventory items to ensure accuracy in our WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all safety and labeling protocols are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing goods to prevent errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
