Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, or loading docks.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect received goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse location.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (loading docks) and flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
