Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with inventory management systems
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately while maintaining quality control standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure warehouse accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
