Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 100% accuracy to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using our state-of-the-art WMS.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move stock within the facility.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and report on the condition of machinery, pallet jacks, and forklifts to prevent downtime.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift managers to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Forklift Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when processing orders and handling inventory.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
