Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate scanning devices and warehouse management software efficiently.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Assist in training new hires on standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a standard drug screen (criminal background check waived for qualified candidates).
- Physically able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
