Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts weekly
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment after training
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide paid training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Stand/walk for 8+ hours in climate-controlled space
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to 1250 Commerce Drive
- Flexible schedule availability (some weekends)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
