Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to our customers on time.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items from the warehouse floor based on customer orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Scan items using barcode scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Reach Truck) safely as required by training certification.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive attitude.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
