Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory levels through systematic stock checks and cycle counts
- Safely operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Process incoming shipments and verify documentation for accuracy
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
