Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily shipping targets
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (refrigerated areas possible)
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system navigation
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
