Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package inventory using barcode scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide paid training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our San Diego facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
