What You Will Do:
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Assist in inventory counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling and packaging standards.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trailers and trucks using appropriate equipment.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise in the warehouse.
- Operate powered industrial trucks and other warehouse machinery.
- Enter and update data regarding inventory movements into the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
