Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all items are securely wrapped and labeled according to shipping guidelines.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Data Entry: Accurately input inventory data into our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure quality standards are met before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is required; we value attitude and reliability over experience.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
