The Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate handling of goods. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packing materials and methods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct cycle counts and participate in regular inventory audits to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve workflow efficiency and resolve logistical issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
