Responsibilities
- Execute precise inventory management and order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Optimize packing/shipping processes to meet 99.8% accuracy targets
- Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain 5S workplace safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train on new warehouse technologies and SOP updates
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Proficient with inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
