Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems using RF scanners and digital platforms
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Load/unload shipments with precision while maintaining quality standards
- Perform cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Maintain OSHA compliance through proper safety protocols
- Support seasonal demand surges with flexible overtime availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
