Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with remote scheduling teams to optimize workflow and task prioritization
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Process returns and damaged goods with meticulous attention to detail
- Support cross-functional teams in meeting daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for remote scheduling updates and reporting
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently
- Reliable transportation to our Minneapolis facility
- Flexible availability including weekends and overtime shifts
