Responsibilities
- Handle inventory receiving, scanning, and storage using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment (certification provided)
- Pick and pack orders with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid state ID and clean background check
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Point facility
