Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations and meet deadlines
- Ensure all quality standards are met through systematic inspection processes
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- OSHA certification for forklift operation or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Proficiency with inventory management software and RF scanning technology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Valid California driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation and shipping documentation
