Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and power equipment
- Scan and inventory products with RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for timely shipment
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Operate automated conveyor systems
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts
- Valid CA driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to 90001 area
- Background check required
