Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Manage inventory with RF scanners and maintain accurate stock records
- Pick/pack orders with precision using voice-directed systems
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing merchandise
- Maintain OSHA compliance standards in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain training)
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and error prevention skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments
