Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and pack inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA-certified training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and cycle counts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Valid Texas driver's license (preferred but not required)
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- 1+ years warehouse experience preferred; comprehensive training provided
