Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Manage inventory by conducting regular counts and maintaining accurate records.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet physical demands.
- Must be available to work overtime as needed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems a plus.
