Responsibilities
- Execute efficient order picking/packing using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Maintain clean, organized work zones following 5S methodology
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with precision documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and stand 8+ hours
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
