Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory and stock rotation in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments safely
- Process incoming/outgoing orders with precision scanning systems
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Document inventory movements and quality checks
- Support cross-training initiatives for departmental flexibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and inventory software familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
