Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to move inventory throughout the facility
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in real-time
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in weekly inventory audits and cycle counting processes
- Support special projects during peak seasons requiring extended overtime hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy with experience using inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
