Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, stage, and organize inventory to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Utilize RF Scanners and warehouse management systems to track products and update inventory counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in strict adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability; attendance is critical.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
