Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily production targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using WMS systems.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
