Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counting and reconciliation
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Support inbound/outbound logistics processes including loading/unloading trucks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
