Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to streamline workflows and meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to support inbound and outbound operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or WMS systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
