Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining quality standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
