Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-sponsored certification)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
