Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure 5S safety compliance.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile any shipping discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while operating warehouse machinery.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
