Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Load/unload freight trucks with proper material handling equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
