Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently (certification provided)
- Maintain organized inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and stage incoming shipments for quality control
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Availability to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
