Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing paid certification
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning systems and digital tracking
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces per OSHA guidelines
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with reasonable accommodations
- Basic math skills for inventory counts
