Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after paid certification
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist with order picking, packing, and quality control
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Must pass drug screening post-offer
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
