Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA certification
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in WMS platforms
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment following quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
