Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks using manual and forklift equipment
- Organize inventory in warehouse storage systems with precision
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy
- Maintain clean, safe work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and responsibly
- Document inventory movements using digital tracking systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license (for forklift certification training)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (refrigerated areas)
- Reliable transportation to early morning shifts
