Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory with precise record-keeping
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize loading efficiency
- Assist in warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
