Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload freight using manual techniques and forklifts
- Verify shipment accuracy against packing lists and labels
- Maintain clean, organized staging areas and warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete inventory documentation and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
