Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all material handling activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipment targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including reach trucks and dock levelers
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outbound products
- Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in varied temperature conditions
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
