Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Complete documentation for inventory tracking and quality control
- Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Willingness to work in cold environments (4°C average)
- Team player with reliable attendance
- Forklift certification preferred (training provided if not)
