Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks
- Inspect and organize inventory to maintain warehouse efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory audits as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Clear background check and drug screening required
